Best Western Plus Anderson Hotel, Anderson

Upon arrival, the hotel was very clean, which is very important to us. However, the room was listed as handicap accessible but did not have an ADA compliant toilet and smelled like a smoker lived there. The service was so nice, taking our food and putting it in the fridge that the motel uses. They were always there to handle many concerns and were so helpful and friendly.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, despite being non-smoking, had a musty smell but surprisingly quiet near the stairway. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, close to entertainment and dining, but noisy at times. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of tasty dishes.

The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-69 and near a nice selection of restaurants. The rooms have experienced a decline since last year, but the service is very accommodating. The dining experience surpasses expectations with a hard-working kitchen staff providing delicious options. The facilities are above average, offering an inviting indoor pool and exercise room. However, the price may not fully reflect the value provided.
